Intrepid is a new mixed media collage on 11″ x 14″ panel board. Acrylic, alcohol ink, cut up paintings, pen, gouache, plus feelings of frustration, angst, and aggravation went into this piece. You know, life!
Now some good news to share, I am typing this post on my now functioning laptop!!! Woohoo! My friend/neighbor replaced the fan for me, I owe him big time! It’s such a great feeling to have it back and its running great, now, I have a lot of catching up to do!
I uploaded “Intrepid” to my Fine Art America site so if this piece speaks to you, you can order a print, poster, canvas print, and a variety of quality items featuring this design. I may only make a few cents on sales, but it’s nice to know that people like my work!

Thank you, Simon! You are probably right about the sharp edges representing the angst. I rarely analyze my work, there’s too much of it, but it really speaks of what I’m dealing with in life, it’s pretty cool!
