Disassembled

Shown framed and matted in my FAA shop

So, I had a root canal done today. Ouch. I got the day off, but I’m just not the napping type, I don’t like sleeping during the day. To me, the best way to relax is to paint, naturally.

This one started as a piece of paper to blot another painting that I had applied too much paint on, I love that texture and design the paint forms when you smush it and lift it up! After all that dried, which took a while, I added some asemic doodles with black ink and a few intentional marks with paint to balance it all out.

This piece I call “Disassembled” is available in my FAA Gallery here! Of course, I guess I just assume that you all know that most of my paintings are available as unique, one-of-a-kind original works of art, just send me an email tiffanyarpdaleo@gmail.com!

  1. Ouch! The last root canal I had I was in the chair staring at the ceiling while the oral surgeon was drilling away at my tooth. Smoke from my burning tooth was billowing to the ceiling. It smelled awful. Just what you want to read. Right? Your piece reminds me of pictographs and petroglyphs. It’s very cool.

  2. An interesting abstract artwork of shapes and movement, and I really like the blue, black & gold color palette, too. I’m also glad that your visit to the dentist is now behind you. 🌻
