This painting makes me think of a view from the bottom of the pool, looking up. As a child, I spent a lot of time down there. It was a great escape, going deep down. Hiding. It was a safe place where the monsters couldn’t get me. Oh, how I wished I could be a mermaid! 🙏🧜♀️🐚🌊
