And if not, I understand. I spent many February 14ths trying to ignore the entire day. But, today, I am blessed and grateful to know true love. My husband and I are very lucky to have a strong and always growing relationship. We listen to each other, give each other space when needed, and we know when the other needs a hug. Never has that been more important than now. 🤗
Like most people, this year we will celebrate with a home cooked meal, and perhaps a romantic comedy on Netflix. We decided to make homemade pasta, probably linguini, with scallops and a butter, dill, and caper sauce. We often make homemade pasta, it’s a process, but we always have fun doing it together, and there is nothing better than fresh homemade pasta! 😋
