I am not sure who these guys are or what kind of meeting they are having, but they seem very shady to me. Do they remind me of some kind of cartoon characters? Dick Tracy or Roger Rabbit??

I’m not that savvy at pop culture, but I do know my music! One of my favorite bands of all time is The National and they do a song called “Secret Meeting” video below for your listening pleasure!
