July Favorite Photos

July came and went, and all I have to show for it are these favorite photos!

I really can’t complain, we had some brutally hot humid days, but not as bad as it could be.

We have had a good garden production so far this year, lots of tomatoes, peppers, chard, figs, and green onions! I just germinated some Biquinho chili seeds and my padron pepper plant is huge!

My mom collected seashells from her many travels around the world, now part of my collection. I love the texture and colors of shells and so, a photo session was in order!

Shady Grove wishes you a lovely August!

I’m still trying to find my dream job. Of course, we all know that would be to paint all day long, but I need money instead.🙄 If I can find a way to do both, I would be so happy!

    1. Thank you! Yeah, we got our little fig tree about 12 years ago and it lives in a big pot (so we can take it with us if we move) this year was the best crop, we have over 30 figs about to ripen all at once!
