Flamenco

Layers and layers of acrylics, alcohol inks, watercolors, magazine cuttings, pen, and torn up paintings are all melded together to create this 12″ x 16″ mixed media piece.

Sometimes chaos is attractive. I love the way this painting turned out. I’m not sure which part I like most, but I like that there is so much to see. It has energy, life, passion, and movement, that is why I named it Flamenco!

    Flamenco! Yes!! This is fabulous! Love the details, the energy, those GORGEOUS colors, and the music in this! It’s a stellar representation of the passion in that dance. (fyi – I tried to format “music” in italics but it’s been forever since I did html formatting so I hope it worked!!) 👏👏👏👏👏

    Lots to discover here, I see an airship, a film strip, a type of guitar (I don`t know what it is called in English), a newspaper and so much more. I`m sorry I`m late commenting (again).
