With so much crazy going on in the world these days, it’s easy to get absent-minded and distracted, it’s like I’ve misplaced my brain! This painting, to me, reflects the chaos and discombobulation the last year has been to me.
The painting is a mix of alcohol ink, acrylic, watercolor and pieces of cut up paintings. A mish mash of colors and shapes carefully placed to create a palette of balance and harmony.
I’ve been extra distracted lately. I wasn’t going to talk about it here, but we are all friends, this is my outlet. Some of you already know that I had a breast biopsy yesterday and I am now awaiting results, which may be another week. It’s the first time I’ve dealt with the possibility of the C word, and it brings up a lot of emotions, anxiety and questions, hence my distracted mind. 😉
I’m thinking positive and trying to stay creative and distracted. They say the waiting is the hardest part! I am sure I will be fine, but I will accept all the positive thoughts and prayers I can get! 🙏🥰🌟💖😊
