Never before have I started decorating for Christmas before Thanksgiving, but since 2020 is far from normal, this year is an exception.
We hung lights all around the front of the house last week which meant that my husband had to get up on a ladder, which always makes me nervous. My job was to hold the ladder, but when I had to reach for the hammer for just one second, yep, he fell! About 5 feet, onto a couple of old but sturdy wooden chairs, ouch! Luckily no major injuries, just some scrapes and bruises, body and ego!😉
