As we approach Thanksgiving later this week, I would like to take a moment and express my gratitude to you for reading my blog, and for inspiring me with your creativity! It’s been a tough year for everyone, I really feel that the support of this community has helped me get through the rollercoaster of emotions that 2020 has inflicted on all of us around the world.

Like most people, this Thanksgiving will be just my husband and I. We will make all the traditional side dishes, minus a dead bird, since I’m pescatarian. I think I am mostly looking forward to the pumpkin pie! 🥧
