May was a bit rough for me, lots of mom triggers, but I made it through. I took a lot of long walks, played in the garden, reflected on things that my mom passed on to me. She always kept a positive attitude through her many hardships, I need to hang onto that.
I arrived at work an hour early yesterday, so I walked around Balboa Park while it was quiet and took some nice photos. It’s a great place to explore. That funky alligator sculpture is an original by Niki de Saint Phalle.
Also in May, my husband and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary on the 29th! We are still in love and very blessed to have each other!😊 ❤ ⚭
