I can definitely see the Formula One inspiration. Sounds like you have an interesting job. Driving an F1 car is probably out of the question, but have you had a chance to sit in one?

Yes! We have about 10 F1 cars in the museum right now, they are so much smaller than I realized, and they were much smaller in the 60’s-70’s, crazy to me, I can’t imagine going that fast in that small of a car, there’s nothing protecting the drivers.

Those drivers are like test pilots. I imagine you need a lot of courage and perhaps a bit of a crazy streak to drive an F1 car. lol

Been on it lots of times already. The speeds change constantly from 70 KPH to no speed limit. People do drive super fast on the sections with no speed limit. Mostly I would say they often are not driving fast enough.
