Without sharing too much personal stuff, I recently had a procedure to check out my inner guts, from the top, and from the bottom. Results are pending, but I did learn that I have a hiatal hernia which was causing my severe indigestion, thankfully there’s a pill for that. 😉

Anyway, that’s the story behind this painting which was created while I was coming down off the medication, Fentanyl, pretty strong stuff. I slept most of the day afterward, but I managed to do some painting in between naps, I don’t remember much though! 😌

    That you were able to create this painting while coming down from Fentanyl is in itself amazing. My mother suffered from a hiatal hernia, which she dealt with through diet and medication. I wish you good luck in treating it.

      Thanks Phil, yeah, I’m learning that it is a pretty common thing for a lot of people, we just need to be more careful and figure out what works and what doesn’t. 😉

    I’m well versed in both procedures. I also have a hiatal hernia, or should I say hisnia, in my case. Wonderful painting.

    Your art is always beautiful and creative, no matter your mindset. 😄 Glad the first discovery is remedied with a pill and pray the results are negative.
