Woohoo! Today is October 15th and it’s my birthday!!! 🎉🎂🥳

Birthdays are a good time to take a look at our lives and put into perspective our goals and aspirations. I think first and foremost, at age 51, I am grateful. I have been through a lot of hard times in my life, especially the first half, and I think that made me more appreciative of what I have now.

I’m a simple person, I don’t need riches or fancy things to make me happy. I am grateful for many good friends and a few great ones. I am blessed beyond imagination that I have true love, my husband is my rock, he’s my source of security, he gives me strength. I’m grateful for my family, both immediate and extended, they are all loving, compassionate and supportive, in the truest form.

Creating art is clearly my purpose in life. I don’t know how much it means to anyone else, but for me, creating something colorful and beautiful for others to see and enjoy makes my heart and soul happy! If that is all I accomplish in my life, I can die happy!😊🙏

Be kind to others, and most important, be kind to yourself! 🥰✌

  9. First of all: Happy Birthday! Now: love the prose reflections. A good time to take stock and yes, it’s so good the know the 5Ws of out lives: who, what, where, when, and why. I must admit the ‘why?’ often gets me and keeps me puzzled. But creativity is a great reason. Enjoy your day and best wishes to you and you family on this special day!!! Roger Moore aka 007!!!!
