He’s not stained in a bad way, in fact, he loves color! The more colors he can collect on his journey the better!!! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍
The Stained Caterpillar munches through the black and white garden eating the bland, boring colorless staples, filling his belly all day long.
Then, at night when he is sleeping, his color enzymes start going to work processing his bounty into a bright, colorful luminescent halo. This halo serves to protect him from predators during his gluttonous travels because everyone knows that anyone with that much beauty and bright color must be poisonous!
