Many people are having a difficult time dealing with fear, isolation, lack of control, frustration and anger, some of my friends and family are struggling, myself included. It might feel like everything is unraveling. We must focus on what we CAN control, and let go of the things we can’t. Change is okay, in fact, if we stay focused and positive, things can get better. We must believe.
