There are many layers of paint and tons of texture on this canvas. I love the way all the different colors pop in and out of the circles, you can almost sense that they are moving. Yeah, I suppose that is why I decided to call it “Doughnuts on Acid” it is pretty trippy. I did another painting a while back called “Psychedelic Breakfast”, hmmm, I might have a theme going on here!
