Last Sunday was my little art pop up show at the Shop Local South Park Market, all in all, it was a good day! I was impressed by the turnout, there was a steady flow of shoppers all day and people were spending money.
The organizers did a great job choosing the vendors, there was a good mix, I was the only abstract artist among ceramic, crochet, jewelry, and pet product sellers, I noticed the second hand clothing vendors did very well.
I also noticed that there were a lot more younger people opening their wallets, not really my target audience, though, I’m not exactly sure who my audience is? If I decide to do more art shows, I need to find that out. 😉
