Just checking the other comments & I also saw the shrimp creature but today I see a strong, giant hand reaching skyward. I also love those slashes of black; they look like charred fence posts. Gives an overall sort of rising-phoenix effect but with the whole scene having been submerged in the ocean after a wildfire. Very powerful! 😀
I am not surprised Joni, that is the first thing I saw as I painted it, I didn’t want to change that part, I kept painting around it to see what it might further reveal!
