Hang Ten

When I uploaded this painting to my Fine Art America/Pixels Shop the other day, I noticed that they turned on automatic AI descriptions and tags, that was weird. I wasn’t expecting it and I thought for a second that I lost my mind since I couldn’t remember writing the description they wrote. Here it is:

Bold colors and dynamic strokes create an abstract composition with prominent blues, reds, and blacks. A lively and energetic impression is made by the interplay of thick paint application and deliberate marks.

I’m not a big supporter of AI in art. It’s usually so over the top and obviously fake, but this description is pretty basic for AI, it could almost pass for something I would write, but it still lacks anything personal.

I left the description up on that site, mostly because I am lazy short on time, but I did name it “Hang Ten” because it makes me think of a surfer, or a skater, doing some crazy moves! Whatever it says to you, I hope you like it! Prints are available in all sizes in my shop! ☺

  1. Wonderful abstract artwork, Tiffany, and your title is right on! Yes, I noticed the changes in description, etc., and – like you – I’m not a fan of AI. Wishing you a great weekend, my dear friend! 😎🎨👍🌞
