Continental

11/14″ Mixed media collage on paper

This piece was created almost entirely with Brusho Crystals. I also added torn pieces of paper towels that were saturated with the colorful crystals while cleaning up other paintings, nothing gets wasted in my studio! I use Mod Podge to adhere the stained towels to heavy paper to create the toothy texture. While it was still wet, I added spots and circles with black liquid ink.

  5. Beautiful artwork, my dear friend Tiffany. I like the title, too, as it reminds me of Pangaea, a single land mass from which continents are said to have separated – via plate tectonics – each forming unique areas. Thanks for sharing your wonderful creativity & have a great week! 😎🎨👍
