“Luck On My Side” was a fun mixed media piece to create. Mostly acrylic, a little alcohol ink, and of course, I used a stencil or two! I’m happy with the palette, the balance, and I love the little details! 🦋
I’ve never been a lucky person, I’m not unlucky, but I’ve always had to work for what I had, it never just landed in my lap.
Then, the there’s my husband. He’s the guy that always gets the front row parking spot, he’s always at the right place at the right time, he finds the best deals, he always wins the office pool, he just gets lucky.
I could use a little luck these days, I need a job, or I need to meet that millionaire that wants me to fill her mansion walls with my artwork!😉 It was always easy finding jobs in the past, but now, it’s a whole new circus. There’s just not many opportunities when the entire state is in lockdown!
So, this painting has all my favorite numbers, colors and a four leaf clover, maybe it will help! I’m at the point where I have to try everything! 🍀😉🙏

Thanks so much, Mike! Yep, I prefer remote work and have applied to all of them! I am already registered for this one and many other similar. Staying optimistic, I made some tweaks to my resume and starting to get some response, it’s all electronic these days!
