Its obviously a murder scene. The red patch near the top is where his head hit the pavement and cracked wide open. The blue is his aura as he has an out of body experience during his last seconds on Earth. Wrong place at the wrong time, it happens.
That was the quick version, an in depth description of the killing would be considerably more gruesome but it is what it is.
