If you are like me, you have piles of magazines and catalogs that you will get to, someday. The Blick art supplies catalog is one of my favorites to flip through and dream. When I win the lottery, there will be art supplies, lots, and lots of supplies. I can’t wait.
In the meantime, I call this “Strips of Blick” because I cut up some pages of an old Blick catalog (see the pots of paint?) and pasted them into this acrylic painting for some contrast and intrigue. I love the overall color and composition.
