I finished this painting a couple of months ago, then it got stuck in the “not done” pile, but it’s done. “Masked and Feathered” could have been called a lot of other names, it was almost Beetlejuice because it sort of resembles a beetle to me, but I also see a mask, with feathers. The beauty of abstract art is that it isn’t anything at all, it’s whatever you want it to be!
The base is water color and the rest is painted with acrylics, therefore it is mixed media. This original painting is available for purchase on my Etsy shop!
