The Fun Zone

I often cut out images in magazines and stash them away for a future project. I recently organized my clippings and found these photos of festive ferris wheels and merry-go-rounds. I love the bright colors and the feeling of  celebration and fun!

I’m going to test out the “buy button” available through WordPress for prints only. Please let me know if you have any issues or problems, this is a new feature for me that I am apprehensive to try!

    That is a fun painting. Have you checked out any of the AR apps that let people hang paintings and photos on their walls to see how they will look? You can get Picture That for your iPhone from the App Store for free if you want to see how one of the aps work.

      Thanks, Tim! I haven’t checked out Picture That, yet, but I will! I have played with the app Fine Art America uses and that is really cool. I just don’t want to sell directly through this website, all the shipping options and details, it just doesn’t work. I make most of my sales through Facebook, Instagram, and live shows, but I am always open to new ideas and possibilities so I appreciate the suggestions!

    The collage works well and sympathetically with the shapes and colours of the painting, Tiffany. Sometimes they tend to compete and stand out, but not here.

    I forgot to tell you that the subscribe thing just comes up once but every time I visit here. The buttons are great and work fine. I remember when I was using PayPal I had a choice of sizes, bigger might be better. 😀

      Hi Jay, I haven’t had a hit yet, so I have no idea how it works! I normally sell prints for $40, but I had to include the cost of shipping, so I hope the price isn’t a deterrent.
