One of my Instagram friends, and brilliant artist, Steve Martin, (not THAT Steve Martin), this one, has been doing this fun series where he digitally inserts artists profile photos into their artwork, it’s called Digipopart! I think it is so cool, it looks like I am inside my painting!
The image above is my profile photo taken by my friend and photographer Xavier Bailey, and my mixed media collage painting “Just A Dream”.
Steve has done two Digipopart’s with my images, the one below is the first one he did with my painting “Garden In Chaos” one of my favorite paintings!

Thank you Tim, it’s a pretty cool collaboration! Since I have zero digital or photoshop skills, I was really impressed. It’s something I need to pursue learning!

If you don’t have Photoshop, I would suggest you get Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer. There is also Affinity Publisher if you want to do desktop publishing. Affinity photo is really good for “photoshopping” stuff. Affinity products are one-time license fees ($50 each, but they often have sales), and are really excellent tools. All three integrate and share common tools much better than Adobe products.

It’s a really fun perspective! I’m lucky I got mine done before he started charging for them, he does spend a lot of time on each image!😉

It is so much fun you can do with Photoshop. My favourite is “Just A Dream” but the other one was cool too. I like the way you seem to hold one of the flowers, and I`m waiting for the horse to turn the head around, to look at you.
